This WPC Decking Profile Extrusion Production Line is mainly used to produce WPC decking floors, WPC profiles, WPC wall panels and sliding panel, WPC interior panels and so on. This WPC decking making machine adopts advanced design concept to ensure the efficient extrusion of WPC material, combined with the unique concept of plasticization screw design to ensure uniformity of plastic extrusion, high capacity production.

Die head: 


 3Cr13/3Cr17 material; 

 Complete set include extrusion die head, calibrator and cooling tank; 

 Apply to soft PVC, rigid PVC, soft-hard co-extrusion profile, foamed profile, multi-layers co-extrusion etc.

 
 

Calibration table

Include full set of vacuum and water pump;
Length from 4m-11.5m

Independent operation panel for easy operation.

 

Haul off machine: 

Adopts caterpillar type suitable for different sizes of pipes. Haul off caterpillar blocks are made of abrasion resistant rubber material, which can make a high and stable hauling speed. 

 

Cutting machine: 

Precision machine cutter is able to make flat, straight cuts at high speed. A powerful suction device gathers up waste scraps after cutting, thereby making it easier for users to clean the cutter.
