Soft PVC Hose Making Machine/PU Plastic Pipe Extrusion Machine Line
General introduction:
This Plastic PVC Pipe Extrusion Making Machine is mainly used to produce agricultural/water supply/drainage pipes, architectural water supply/drainage pipes, cable laying pipes etc. This PVC pipe extrusion line adopts advanced design concept to ensure the efficient extrusion of PVC powder, combined with the unique concept of plasticization screw design to ensure uniformity of plastic extrusion, high capacity production.
PVC pipe making machine production line is consist of SJZ series conical twin screw extruder, mould, vacuum cooling tank, spray cooling tank(for big size pipe), haul-off machine, cutting machine, stacker, etc. It also need some auxiliary machinery. For example, hot&cooling mixer, crusher, milling machine, belling machine, etc. The hot&cooling mixer is necessary, others is optional
