1. Product Description
FG-4 automatic PET water bottle making machine is high-speed linear blowing machines. The single cavity speed can reach 1800 BPH and 4 cavities is 7200BPH, which is reach capacity of European machine. FG4 PET blowing machine is developed completely independently and has 13 national invention patents.
PET water bottle blowing machine adopt servo driving and cam linked movement, which provide more stable running and less noise. With new design, it has more compact structure, less consumption of electricity, water and air. It is the ideal bottle making equipment for beverage enterprises.

3. Advantage of FG-4 PET water bottle making machine
a. Servo driving and cam linking blowing section:
The unique cam linking system integrates movement of mold-opening, mold-locking and bottom mold-elevating in one movement. Equipped with high speed servo driving system which greatly shorten the cycle of blowing and increase the capacity. The complete movements of PET blowing only takes 2 seconds.
b. Small performs distance heating system
Heater distance in the heating oven is reduced to 38mm, compared with the conventional heating oven it saves more than 30% electricity consumption. Equipped with the air cycling system and redundant heat discharge system, it ensures the constant temperature of the heating zone.
c. Efficient and soft perform inlet system
By rotary and soft preform inlet system, the speed of prefom feeding is ensured meanwhile, the preform neck is well protected.
d. Modularized design conception
Adopting modularized design concept, to make it convenient and cost-saving for the maintenance and changing spare parts.
