This production line is used to produce PVC fiber reinforced garden hose with a diameter of 8mm to 50mm. The output can reach 18.6 meters per minute. The hose wall is made of PVC material. There are fibers in the middle of the hose. According to requirements, we can produce braided hoses in different colors, three-layer braided hoses, and five-layer braided hoses.

PVC fiber reinforced hose is suitable for the transportation of pressurized or corrosive gases and liquids, and is widely used in machinery, coal mines, petroleum, chemicals, agricultural irrigation, construction, civil (solar water heaters, gas tanks) and other fields. The braided hose has the advantages of anti-extrusion, anti-corrosion, anti-static, anti-high pressure, and works well. It is suitable for conveying high-pressure or combustible gas and liquid, and pumping and conveying liquid sludge in large quantities. It is also widely used for watering gardens and lawns
