General introduction:
PE Plastic Single Wall Corrugated Pipe Making Machine Mainly used to produce PP-R, PE pipe diameter 16mm~160mm, PE-RT pipe diameter 16~32mm. Equipped with proper downstream equipment, it can also produce multilayer PP-R pipes, PP-R glass fiber pipes, PE-RT and EVOH pipes. With years of experience in plastic pipe extrusion, we have also developed a high-speed PP-R/PE pipe extrusion line with a maximum production speed of 35m/min (based on 20mm pipe). The production line has the advantages of easy operation, stable operation and high output. It is suitable for the production of floor heating pipes. It is economical and widely welcomed by customers.
This line is composed of SJ series single-screw extruder, mould, vacuum box, spray box, tractor, cutting machine, turning frame and so on. It is mainly used to produce PPR, PE-RT hot and cold water pipes, etc. It can also be equipped with other extruders and different molds to produce PPR double-layer pipes, PPR multi-layer pipes, PPR glass fiber reinforced pipes, etc.
Plastic Pipe Extruders:
The pipe extrusion production line adopts an energy-saving single-screw extruder with a special mold, the production efficiency is 30% higher than that of a single high-speed production line, the energy consumption is reduced by 20%, and the labor cost is effectively reduced
PE pipe extrusion mould
Spiral type die head will ensure high speed extrusion and avoid the thermal decomposition of amorphous plastics and get high quality pipes. There is heating control system inside of the mould, high efficient, easy to extrude. Bronze calibrators can make the pipes fast calibrated and cooled.
Cutting machine
Precision machine cutter is able to make flat, straight cuts into pipes at high speed. A powerful suction device gathers up waste scraps after cutting, thereby making it easier for users to clean the cutter.
