Plastic Recycling Machine and Pelletizing Line Introduction:
For recycling the waste plastic, such as waste PET bottles, PP PE film, woven bags, nylon, bottle flakes, shred lumps, pipe flakes, we should use two recycling steps. First one is crushing washing drying, after washing recycling line, we can get clean dry plastic scrap/flakes, the Second step is the pelletizing, we can feed the clean dry waste plastic scrap into the pelletizing line to get pellets, according to the different plastic type, the pelletizing machine is divided into water ring type pelletizing line and noodle strip pelletizing line, the feeding material type also have two different way, one is force feeding type which is suitable for hard material, another is compactor type pelletizing line, which is designed specially for soft material, like woven bags, nylon, film etc.
Now our company produces both the crushing washing recycling machine and the pelletizing recycling machine, we can provide Washing Recycling line capacity from 300-2000kg/h, and Pelletizing line capacity from 100-1500kg/h.

The complete process of this waste plastic recycling machine is belt conveyer - wet crusher - screw loader - friction washer - float washer - squeezing pelletizer - pelletizing line. For dirty material, the clients will need more washing machine for cleaning the material. This plastic recycling machine could be arranged as "L" or "U" shape to save space.
Final Flakes can reach below demands:
PET Flakes Moisture: Around 1.5%
PVC Content: 200ppm
Metal Content: 20ppm
Label, ring and caps Content (i.e. PE, PP): 240ppm
Total amount: 560ppm

1.Plastic Crusher Machine
Function: Crushing the material into scraps
With water inlet do wet crushing;Chamber opened by screw motor; Specially designed wet Crusher Machine can easily get high output and with water doing wet grinding can extension the blades use life, reduce the dust generation.Bearing house is outside of the crusher chamber so no dirty goes inside for longer use.
2.High speed friction washer
Function: washing the material with high speed friction
With spraying water from top to wash material;High speed rotation to ;wash material with friction; NSK bearing to to ensure stable running
3.Float Washing Tank
Function: Wash the material with clean water
It has blending wheel to move the floating material forward and spraying water pipe to help washing the material; Equipped dirt lift screw conveyor to remove dirt during working
4.Centrifuge Dryer
Function: Dry the material will high speed centrifuge.
With high speed rotation, it can remove 90% percentage water among soft material; Top grade bearing to ensure stable running and long working lift. With self clean system
5.Squeezing dryer
Function: Dry the PP/PE film bag material with squeezing
With pushing force, it can remove 95% percentage water among soft material like wet PP/PE film, bags; With heating system insde screw to half melt the material to dry the material completely. It is idea material for washed PP/PE film, bags, drip tape etc.
This line could add more washers, crushers to make high better processing effect. The working process of whole line can be watched and controlled by the electrical panel. Most of the parts are made by stainless steel, and all machines are according to CE&ISO9001.
