Soft PVC hose pipe extrusion line for gardon hose pipe

General introduction:
PVC pipe production line is consist of SJ series single screw extruder, mould, cooling tank, haul-off machine, cutting machine, winder, etc. 

Properties:
PVC extrusion die head used high quality alloy steel manufacturing, channel surface with brightness and anti-corrosive. Wide flow channel design to ensure the retention time of the melt in the die head and the largest extrusion production.
In view of the large diameter PVC pipe, the vacuum tank used double vacuum chamber structure design, equipped with a circular plate, making pipe roundness and forming better.

2. What is the pipe diameter and thickness(pipe pressure) you want to produce?

Payment, delivery and after sales services

1	Payment terms		30% for prepayment by T/T, 70% for balanced payment by T/T, or L/C can be acceptable
2	Delivery time		60 days after receipt of prepayment
3	Packing method		Wooden cases/pallets with stretching films
4	Guaranteed time		18 months for mechanical parts, 12 months for electrical parts
5	After sale service		Send 1-2 engineers to customers' factory to help them install, test the machine, and train their workers. This is chargeable
