a. Conical Twin Screw Extruder:
Using high efficient conical twin screws designed for PVC power ensures uniform plasticization and high extrusion. The stable temperature controlling system guarantees high-quality pipe extrusion.
b. PVC Pipe Mould:
The spiral type die head ensures high-speed extrusion, prevents thermal decomposition of amorphous plastics, and produces high-quality pipes. The heating control system inside the mould is efficient and easy to extrude. Bronze calibrators enable fast calibration and cooling of pipes.
c. Spraying and Cooling Tanks:
The rapid vacuum calibrating system cools hot extruded pipes quickly to achieve the final pipe diameter. Automatic temperature control system, pressure regulator, and vacuum control valve enhance pipe sizing, cooling performance, and production speed.
d. Haul Off Machine:
Adopts caterpillar type with various claw types suitable for different pipe sizes. The abrasion-resistant rubber material in the haul off caterpillar blocks ensures high and stable hauling speed.
e. Cutting Machine:
The precision machine cutter makes flat, straight cuts into pipes at high speed. The powerful suction device gathers waste scraps after cutting for easy cleaning.
f. Pipe Belling Machine:
