250~450mm PVC Pipe Production line Introduction:
PVC pipe production line can produce 110-400mm PVC pipes, use for electric, water drainage and supply;
pvc pipe production line can produce pipe diameter 110, 125,140, 160, 200, 250,315,400mm, the electric box include Sciemens motor, ABB inverter, Omron temperatuer control and Schneider Conactor and air switch;
pvc pipe production line with six meter vacuum tank and cooling tank, the stainless steel board thickness is 3mm or 2mm, both of them with vacuum pump and water pump;
Haul-off for the pvc pipe production line adopt gas cylinder
Cutting blade diameter is 200mm, the cutting speed can be 0.5-4meter per minute

Advantages:
The series extruders with appropriate die-mould and auxiliary machine can directly convert thermoplastic especial PVC powder into pipe,plate sheet,film and profile,and also provide function of modifying and pelleting.The extruders are derived by A.C motor with a thruster to steepless regulate.It is also equipped with the over-load protection and stoppage alarming system .The screw's core and the outside of barrel is cooled by circulation of oil,includes vacuum venting and forced feeding.

The haul off methods are two-claw, three -claw, four-claw, and six-claw etc. You may choose saw blade cutting type or planetary cutting type.
