It is special equipment designed for various kinds of plastic material, such as PP, PE, PS, ABS, PC, PET. With different mould and downstream equipments, this single screw extruder machine can produce plastic pipes, profiles, panel, board, granules and so on.

This single screw extruder adopt electrical heating with air force cooling, which can easy control the melt temperature. The temperature precision is within±1°c. Main motor, gearbox, screws are in the same centre line. 

The screw&barrel is from Zhoushan, gearbox is made by Guomao gearbox company, motor is Siemens Berde, inverter adopt ABB. All of our plastic extruder machine will be checked and tested at the workshop to avoid any necessary trouble.
