Multi-layer PPR pipe extrusion line

Description:
1. The machine adopts DC/AC motor, and Eurotherm DC/AC digital converter and high efficiency screw to ensure high efficiency extrusion.
2. This production line adapts basket type composite die head, which ensures not only the uniformity of high speed extrusion but also the stable performance of tubular goods.
3. This production line adopts high efficiency double chamber vacuum calibrating technology and spray cooling bath to improve the rate of finished products of tubular goods and meet the demand of high-speed production. The vacuum bath and cooling bath adopt stainless steel.
4. This production line adopts multi-caterpillar haul-off and ensures the synchronization.
5. The cutting machine adopts special saw blade with low noise, equipped with chip collector.
6. The whole line adopts PLC control system and large liquid crystal screen, which makes the operation very convenient.

 16~63mm PPR pipe line is mainly used in the production of water supply and drainage pipes,which used for agriculture and construction,cable coating and other fields , the complete line is consisted of extruder,vacuum calibrator,hauling machine,cutter and tipping rack,hauling machine unit has come ways of hauling,such as caterpillar type,three-claw type,four-claw type,six-claw type and so on.there are also knife-lifting cutter and planetary cutter

Components of the Drip Irrigation Tube Extrusion Line:
a. Single screw extruder: 
Using the high efficient single screws, specially designed for PP,PE granule material to ensure uniformed plasticization, high extrusion. Stable temperature controlling system can guarantee high quality pipe extrusion. 



b. pipe extrusion Mould: 
Spiral type die head will ensure high speed extrusion and avoid the thermal decomposition of amorphous plastics and get high quality pipes. There is heating control system inside of the mould, high efficient, easy to extrude. Bronze calibrators can make the pipes fast calibrated and cooled. 


c. Vacuum cooling tank and spraying cooling tanks: 
Rapid vacuum calibrating system allows the hot extruded pipes to be cooled in a very short time and obtain the final pipe diameter. Automatic temperature control system, pressure regulator, and vacuum control valve greatly enhance the pipe sizing and cooling performance as well as the production speed. 


d. Haul off machine: 
Adopts caterpillar type, which includes two-claw types, three-claw types, four-claw types, six-claw types, eight -claw types, ten-claw types, twelve-claw types etc, suitable for different sizes of pipes. Haul off caterpillar blocks are made of abrasion resistant rubber material, which can make a high and stable hauling speed. 


e. Cutting machine: 
Precision machine cutter is able to make flat, straight cuts into pipes at high speed. A powerful suction device gathers up waste scraps after cutting, thereby making it easier for users to clean the cutter. 

6. Pipe stacker or pipe coiler
Automatic pipe stacker for packing the pipes, pipe coiler for small PE pipes like 16-40, 16-75mm, 50-110mm.
