1) The full pvc granule making machine include one double screw extruder SJZ65, Pellets making mold with three knives, Air Blower, First stage hopper and second stage hopper.
2) On this , you must with one system callpvc granule making machineed die core temperature adjust system, and must be with water cooling, as CPVC has special chemical character than UPVC;
3) For pvc granule making machine, the capacity can be 150kg/h, 200kg/h, 300kg/h and 500kg/h, you can choose them based on your needs, then we will suggest the satisfied extruder and auxiliary machines; You can check different capacity of extruder from below form:

a. Conical twin screw extruder:
Using the high efficient conical twin screws, specially designed for PVC power to ensure uniformed plasticization, high extrusion. Stable temperature controlling system can guarantee high quality pipe extrusion.
For CPVC material, the extruder adopt hollow screw, which has oil temperature control system for both screw.
b. Extrusion Mould:
Special mould for PVC and CPVC material, which ensure the pressure of extrusion.
c. Pelletizer:
With hot die face cutter. Pelletizer adopt 4P motor which ensure the pelletizing speed. The pelletizing speed is controlled by inverter
d. air blowing system:
Two stage air blowing system. The granules will be cooled during the air tranportation.
e. vibrator:
To select the good granules.
