PVC spring hose/extensible extrusion line
This machine is mainly used to produce extensible hose. There is coated steel wire inside the hose and make it like spring hose. It is also call spring hose extrusion line. This extensible hose line adopts advanced design concept to ensure the efficient extrusion of PVCmaterial combined with the unique concept of plasticization screw design to ensure uniformity of plastic extrusion, high capacity production.

Components of PVC extensible hose extrusion line
a. Single screw extruder:
Using the high efficient single screws, specially designed for PVC granule material to ensure uniformed plasticization, high extrusion. Stable temperature controlling system can guarantee high quality pipe extrusion.
b. extrusion Mould:
Spiral type die head will ensure high speed extrusion and avoid the thermal decomposition of amorphous plastics and get high quality.
c. spring forming machine
Rrotate motor to drive the rotate mould to coil the steel wire. The wire became like spring shape, meanwhile the PVC tape coat on the spring.
d. extensible forming machine
With rubber roller to press the spring hose and make it extensible. With blade cutter
e. rotate stacker to conveying the hose.
