PPR Pipe Extrusion Line

We can supply high quality plastic pipe production lines with the following configuration:
1)Special single screw extruder for Polyolefin, having high extruding velocity and effective plasticization.

2)Special designed with three co-extruding die, reasonable channel, smooth outside and inside wall, and little internal stress.

3)May be used to produce HDPE Esilicon core tube, ordinary PP-R, PE-RT, PE-X pipes.

4)Low cost: The cost of manometer &anti-virus pipe is merely increase 5-10% on the ordinary pipe basis.
