it can be used to producing plastic pipes, tubes, profiles, film and sheet like PE/PP/ABS/PET/PPR/HDPE/PLA/PC with downstream machines,such as die head, vacuum calibration tank, cooling tank, haul off machine,cutting machine, and stacking table,Printer and so on.
Conical Twin Screw Extruder Machine
Twin Screw Extruder Machine is equipped with two screws that rotate in opposite directions within a conical barrel, allowing for thorough mixing and melting of the plastic material.
This Extruder Machine is ideal for producing a broad range of plastic products, including pipes, profiles, film, pellets and sheets, among others. It is also used to produce specialized materials such as WPC (Wood Plastic Composites) and recyclable plastics. The distinct advantage of the Conical Twin Screw Extruder Machine over Single Screw Extruder is that it can process more complex materials with greater efficiency, producing higher yields with increased quality and consistency.
